Teen Sex Assault Arrest - Wicomico

SALISBURY, Md. - A 45-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting two 15-year-old boys in Salisbury. Salisbury Police have arrested Thomas "Kilo" Croes. Back in 1996, Croes was convicted on sexual offenses against other 15-year-old boys. Authorities are searching for any witnesses or victims in the case.
