CLAYMONT, Del. (AP) - Delaware State police say woman was
assaulted and robbed at the Boys and Girls Club in Claymont.
It happened Thursday about 11:10 a.m. at the facility on Darley.
Troopers say a man asked the woman, who works at the club, about
day care services, left, and later confronted the woman in a
storage room.
The man threatened the woman with a knife, took her jewelry and
money and forced her into a bathroom, where he assaulted her.
The woman suffered a cut to her hand and was taken to Christiana
Hospital.
